Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase.

After this period, your order will begin processing and preparation for production. Since our products are made to order, production is scheduled specifically for each order.

For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after the initial 1-hour cancellation window.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us at cs@precisorajerseys.cc and include your order number.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any orders.

As our products are made to order specifically for each customer, returned merchandise cannot be restocked or resold in the same way as traditionally stocked products.

Please carefully review your product, size, color, design, personalization details, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Replacement Policy

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will provide a free replacement:

  • The item was damaged during production or shipping.

  • The item has a manufacturing or production defect.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You received the wrong size, color, design, or customization due to our error.

  • The product has a significant printing or production error.

To request a replacement, please contact us at cs@precisorajerseys.cc within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once the issue has been verified as a manufacturing, production, or fulfillment error, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

You do not need to return the defective product unless our customer support team specifically requests otherwise.

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, design, or product.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer, including shipping address or personalization details.

  • Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, printing processes, materials, or differences between screen displays.

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.

  • Change of mind after the 1-hour cancellation period has passed.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only available in the following situations:

  • Your order is canceled within the 1-hour cancellation window.

  • We determine that we are unable to produce or fulfill your order.

  • A replacement cannot reasonably resolve a verified manufacturing, production, or fulfillment issue.

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
